1989
Humble Beginnings with a Bold Vision
Lucky Dolphin Marine Services was established in the late eighties in a small office near the Port of Suez, beginning its journey as a local ship chandler.
Our initial focus was on supplying vessels calling or transiting the Suez Canal, delivering basic essentials to keep ships running smoothly.
Back then, we operated with limited resources but unlimited dedication.
Despite the challenges, our commitment to quality and reliability earned us early trust from clients.
This foundation of integrity became our most valuable asset.
It marked the beginning of a long-standing reputation for excellence in the Egyptian maritime industry.
1990
Expansion, Licensing, and National Presence
Following early success, we expanded operations by opening a larger office in Port Said, strategically located at the northern entrance of the Suez Canal.
We became one of the first private shipping agencies in Egypt, following government deregulation.
This milestone allowed us to offer complete shipping services, not just supply.
Our growing team enabled us to respond faster and serve more ports nationwide.
We established branches in Suez, Alexandria, Damietta, Safaga, and other key ports.
This year marked the shift from a local service provider to a nationwide marine logistics partner.
2003
Modern Infrastructure & Operational Growth
As demand for our services grew, we moved to a new modern headquarters equipped with the latest technology.
That same year, we inaugurated our first tax-free warehouse, enhancing our shipping supply capacity.
The new facility allowed for better stock management, faster processing, and streamlined delivery.
We also increased our team to handle more complex logistics and agency operations.
With improved infrastructure, we were ready to serve larger fleets and tighter schedules.
This phase laid the groundwork for becoming a full-service marine support provider in Egypt.
2006

In response to growing operational demands, we launched a second warehouse in the transit area, closer to the port flow.
It was fully stocked with essential items required by vessels, from technical stores to safety equipment.
We simultaneously modernized our transport fleet, introducing faster, larger, and more reliable delivery vehicles.
This upgrade significantly reduced response time across Egyptian ports.
It helped us serve vessels in urgent need, whether for repair parts, food supplies, or emergency safety gear.
